Volunteers are a special part of Polytechnic Elementary School. We really appreciate the time that you spend helping in our classrooms, because we know that without your help there are many things that we could not do with the students! We will start inviting volunteers into the classrooms in September after the children have settled into their daily routines and procedures.
To sign up for volunteer opportunities, please visit http://www.SignUpGenius.com/go/classroom417 by the end of August. To sign up to help with math centers, please wait until you know which math class your child will be in.
There will be other volunteer opportunities throughout the year, so keep an eye out for them on our website. Also, if you have a special skill or talent you think you could use to help in our classroom, please email your child's homeroom teacher to let us know.
